Egg Production: Weighing

Weighing/Sizing: Computer-controlled sensors weigh each egg over 60 times in less than a second. Eggs are sorted according to minimum weight per dozen. There is only a three-ounce difference per dozen between each two different sizes of eggs, so weight accuracy is important.
