Egg Safety Center

Under the administration of American Egg Board and housed within the Egg Nutrition Center in Washington D.C., the Egg Safety Center provides scientifically accurate information on food safety issues related to eggs. ESC provides egg producers with up-to-date facts, shares information with regulatory officials to improve egg safety, monitors foodborne illness along with public health officials, and provides educational information to healthcare professionals to share with their clients.
