Ingredients

1 EGG
1/3 cup milk
1 pkg. (1.23 oz.) apples & cinnamon instant oatmeal
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

Directions

Step 1 BEAT egg and milk in 2-cup microwave-safe bowl until blended. STIR IN oatmeal.
Step 2 MICROWAVE on HIGH until liquid is absorbed and egg is set, 1-1/2 to 2 minutes; stir. TOP with yogurt.
