Drizzle this semi-sweet chocolate glaze on eclairs or over cream-puffs.

Ingredients

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted

Directions

Step 1 COMBINE chocolate chips, water and butter in small saucepan. COOK over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted smooth. Remove from heat.
Step 2 BEAT IN sugar as needed until glaze is smooth and of spreading consistency. USE immediately.

Insider Info

If glaze hardens, beat in a few drops of warm water at a time until it becomes spreadable again.
