Cinnamon French Toast Sticks
A delicious breakfast for special occasions or any day – these French toast sticks and creamy Greek yogurt dipping sauce will have kids asking for more! A kid-friendly twist on the classic breakfast favorite - delicious cinnamon French toast sticks and creamy Greek yogurt dipping sauce! Serve with fresh berries or crisp apple slices to round out breakfast!

4 EGGs
1/2 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 wide-loaf slices day-old bread
Cooking spray
3/4 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple-flavored pancake syrup
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon


Step 1 COMBINE sauce ingredients.
Step 2 BEAT eggs, 1/2 cup yogurt and cinnamon in shallow dish until blended. CUT each bread slice into 3 to 4 wide sticks. SOAK bread stick in egg mixture, turning once.
Step 3 COAT large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. PLACE bread sticks in skillet in two batches. COOK over medium to medium-low heat until golden brown and no visible liquid egg remains, 1 to 2 minutes per side. CLEAN skillet. EPEAT to cook remaining bread.
Step 4 SERVE French toast sticks with dipping sauce.

Insider Info
