Think Spring Strawberry Lemon Pavlova
This recipe is a seasonal twist on one of my favorite classic desserts. Start by creating a traditional meringue (by bringing egg whites to stiff peaks), then add bright ingredients for flavor and visual appeal (I love the pink-meets-yellow color combination of strawberries and lemon). A hint of food coloring achieves a wonderful “pavlova pink” tint to add even more spring festivity. Voila!
