Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, beat 6 large egg yolks, 1 can condensed milk, warm evaporated milk, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt until mixed well.
Whip your egg whites in a separate bowl until they form stiff peaks.
Add the whipped egg white to your milk mixture slowly until well-incorporated. Pour into pie
shell and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
Let pie cool completely before serving. Eat and enjoy!
