Crack eggs into a bowl with salt and pepper. Whisk to mix.
Pour your mixture into a frying pan on medium heat. Cook until scrambled.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Fry your chopped bacon on medium heat, until you reach the desired level of crispiness.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Take English muffins and cut them in half. Add some of your cooked eggs and cooked bacon to each and top with shredded cheddar cheese (and any additional “pizza” toppings you like such as other meats or chopped vegetables).
Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately!
