These quick and easy snackers are perfect for post workout recovery or a mid-day snack. Pair them with fruit or veggies for a well-rounded meal!

Ingredients and Directions


  1. Place eggs, ranch dip, green onion, and pepper in food processor.

  2. Pulse until finely chopped.

  3. Spoon into serving bowl.

  4. Top with bell peppers.


  • 6 large hard cooked eggs, peeled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dip
  • 2 Tbsp minced green onion
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red, yellow & green Peppers
  • mini whole wheat pitas
  • tomato, cut into wedges
