  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the eggs, ground turkey, parsley, onion, heavy cream and spices.

  2. Divide the turkey mixture into 12 evenly sized patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  3. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter to skillet and swirl to coat the pan.

  4. Place the patties in the skillet and let cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for about 5 more minutes or until the internal temperature of the turkey burger reaches 165° F.

  5. Top with cheese and cover to melt.

     

  6. Assemble burger on the slider buns and serve warm with condiments of your liking.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 lbs ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Cheese of choice 1 slide per slider
  • 12 slider buns
