Ingredients and Directions
Whisk two large eggs in a small bowl.
In a larger bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Scoop two tablespoons of the ground chicken mixture and roll into individual nugget shapes.
Line on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Combine Parmesan cheese and almond flour in a bowl. Coat nuggets in the mixture and line on a baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Bake chicken nuggets for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve warm and with dipping sauce of your choice.
