Cook bacon in the oven at 400⁰F until cooked through to desired texture.
Make your egg mixture by adding one egg per person you are cooking for with your seasonings of choice and a dash of milk into a bowl and mix well.
Add the mixture to a non-stick pan and scramble your eggs. Let them cook together omelet-style.
Remove eggs from the pan and cut them into small bite-sized pieces.
Add egg and bacon to the skewer, alternating the bacon and the egg bites. Serve warm.
