  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

  2. Lightly spread olive oil on ready-made mini pizza crusts or flatbreads.

  3. Cook bacon strips (either by frying or baking) until about halfway done.

  4. Spread mozzarella cheese on the crust, followed by spinach leaves. Then add a few pieces of bacon to each crust.

  5. Crack an egg into a bowl, then add one on top of each individual pizza.

  6. Bake each pizza on a pan for about 15 minutes until egg white is fully cooked. Remove and add salt to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • 8-10 spinach leaves
  • 3 large eggs
  • salt to taste
