  1. Preheat the oven to 350⁰F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, lay bacon on pan. Bake for 12 minutes.

  2. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 10-15 more minutes until crispy and caramelized.

  3. Season and mold beef into 4 burgers. Grill until cooked through. Top with cheddar cheese.

  4. Stir mayo and chili crunch together in a small bowl. Slice and mash avocado.

  5. Cut a hole in the top of each bun using a cup, biscuit or cookie cutter. Melt butter on a griddle or large pan over medium heat. Toast buns.

  6. Crack an egg into a small bowl and pour into the hole of the bun. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the bun is toasted and the egg is cooked.

  7. Assemble the burger: spread avocado on the bottom bun, top with the burger, mayo, bacon, toasted bun center, and egg in a nest bun. Enjoy!!

  • 1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 lb ground beef, molded into 4 burger patties
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 Tbsp chili crunch
  • 2 avocados, mashed
  • 4 Brioche buns
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
