Directions
Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat and lightly coat with butter or oil of choice
Spread out 2 piles of feta, about 2-3 Tbsp per pile
Place one cracked egg onto each area of feta
Cover with a lid and cook to your liking
Heat up tortillas of choice and place your cooked eggs on top
Finish with desired toppings.
