  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370⁰F.

  2. Lightly oil egg bite tray or ramekins.

  3. Dice meat into desired size.

  4. Crack eggs into a large bowl and whisk thoroughly.

  5. Add in diced meat.

  6. Season as desired with salt and pepper.

  7. Spoon mixture into molds or ramekins.

  8. Carefully place filled molds or ramekins into air fryer basket.

  9. Cook Egg Bites at 370⁰F for 12 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

  10. Sprinkle with furikake and enjoy!

  • 4 large eggs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • furikake seasoning
