Ingredients and Directions

Directions

  1. Brew your favorite coffee. For mine, I just add 2 Tbsp of my favorite coffee blend with some water.

  2. To make the foam, use a hand whisk to mix 2 egg yolks and 2 Tbsp condensed milk until it becomes a creamy and thick consistency.

  3. Add your coffee to a cup of ice.

  4. Top your coffee with the egg foam and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Vietnamese coffee
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks

To ensure food safety, eggs should be cooked until both the yolk and the white are firm. Consuming raw or undercooked eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially for those with certain medical conditions. For recipes that call for eggs that are raw or undercooked when the dish is served, use either pasteurized shell eggs that have been treated to destroy Salmonella, or use pasteurized egg products.
